PROFILE Porous Ceramic is used for sand based athletic fields and golf courses. PROFILE Porous Ceramic is manufactured to exceed USGA® particle size and stability requirements for sand based root zones. PROFILE dramatically improves sand root zones by holding moisture and nutrients while increasing drainage. PROFILE sand based athletic fields stand up to NFL and college athletes because of the greater root mass, less divoting and denser turf found on PROFILE fields.

When to use

Ideal for topdressing, Drill and Fill, and Renovation and Construction

Topdressing rates after aerification

250 pounds per 1000 sq. ft. applied with 100% PROFILE or with a 50% sand 50% PROFILE mixture

Renovation or construction rates

Sand testing is required to determine the exact amount of PROFILE, but typically a 10% to 20% PROFILE by volume to sand is required
