MVP absorbs its weight in water, allowing play to resume quickly after the rain stops. TURFACE MVP improves the native soil root zone by adding permanent pore space to prevent compaction. TURFACE holds moisture, nutrients and increases drainage as a result of balanced air & water pore space. When to use New construction, renovation, and topdressing after aerification Topdressing rates after aerification 250 to 500 pounds per 1000 sq. ft. Renovation or construction rates 15% to 30% by volume. (1 to 2 tons per 1000 sq. ft. 4 inches deep)
