SELECTIVE POSTEMERGENCE GRASS HERBICIDE FOR TURF AND NONCROPLAND AREAS

Prokoz Turf Max MSMA 6+ is a postemergence grass herbicide used to control weeds, particularly grassy weeds. It is used to control Bahiagrass, Barnyardgrass, chickweed, cocklebur, crabgrass (large & smooth), foxtail, Goosegrass, Johnsongrass, pigweed, nutsedge, punturevine, sandbur, and watergrass to name a few. Some of the sites Prokoz Turf Max 6+ can be applied to include turf, golf courses, grass seed crops, forestry, and non-crop areas. A surfactant has already been added so there is no need to mix a wetting agent to your spray tank, saving you time and money. You will need to apply during warm weather, 80 to 90 degrees, and when weeds are in an active stage of growth to obtain optimum results.

Important

For turf apply when temperatures are between 80 and 90 degrees F. Do not water for at least 24 hours. Have turf cut to 1 1/2 inches and still actively growing. Bermudagrass, Bluegrass, and Zoysiagrass have shown tolerance to MSMA applications, still some temporary discoloring may occur. Injury may occur if applied to Fescues and Bentgrasses. Do not apply to St. Augustinegrass, Carpetgrass, Centipedegrass, or Dichondra lawns.
