Bensumec™ 4LF is a pre-emergent herbicide which provides effective control of annual grasses, including crabgrass, Poa annua and goosegrass as well as certain broadleaf weeds in greens, tees and bentgrass fairways. Spontaneous emulsification assures complete mixing and eliminates spray-tank layering or clogging, even with limited agitation.

In many areas of the United States, Bensumec 4LF has become the product of choice for the control and management of Poa annua.

Because of its proven weed control, compatibility with other turf products and high turfgrass tolerance, Bensumec 4LF has been widely trusted and accepted by golf course superintendents and landscape managers on their most valuable turf. On turf containing newer and older varieties of bentgrass, Bensumec 4LF offers excellent control where other herbicides may cause injury or discoloration.

Bensumec 4LF is labeled for use on established bentgrass, bluegrass, fescue, perennial ryegrass, Bermudagrass, zoysiagrass, Bahiagrass, centipedegrass and St. Augustinegrass. Bensumec 4LF has the highest degree of turfgrass tolerance.
